Daniel A. Rabuzzi will debut his poetry chapbook, What The World Offers (Finishing Line Press) at the Gold Coast Book Fair taking place May 15- 17, 2026,in downtown Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York (population c. 300,000; borders NYC). He will read and sign at the Poetry Venue, with his book for sale via the fair’s local independent bookseller Theodore’s Books. The festival is free to the public; however some sessions require a paid ticket. The fair partners with the Oyster Bay Main Street Association, Theodore’s Books and Long Island University, and will promote the event extensively, including via special outreach in NEWSDAY (eighth-largest newspaper in the USA).  Fair organizers anticipate attendance at 7,000 +.”

Michele Evans, the author of purl, nominated for the 2025 Maya Angelou Book Award, is a featured author at the Gaithersburg Book Festival on May 16, 2026. In addition to reading from her poetry collection, she will take part in a panel discussion with Chloe Yelena Miller and Meg Leonard, moderated by Courtney LeBlanc.
