Morgan Grayce Willow‘s poetry and prose have received awards from the Loft-McKnight Program, the Minnesota State Arts Board, and the Witter Bynner Foundation. Her poetry collections and chapbooks include Dodge & Scramble (Ice Cube Press), Between (Nodin Press), Silk (Shu-Kuang Press), The Maps are Words (Red Dragonfly Press), and Arpeggio of Appetite(Finishing Line Press).
Morgan’s short memoir, “Riding Shotgun for Stanley Home Products,” appeared in the book Riding Shotgun: Women Write about Their Mothers (Borealis Press, 2008). Her essay “Signs of the Time” was named honorable mention in the Judith Kitchen Prize at Water~Stone Review (2011). Morgan has used writer’s notebooks in developing her work for more than 20 years.
