No Light Nights & Sunday Mornings by Cody S. Decker

Cody Decker‘s voice speaks with growing assurance and authority in this first gathering of his work-a new voice, restrained and thoughtful and plain-speaking. We’ll be hearing it in Kentucky poetry for years to come.

–Ed McClanahan, author of The Natural Man, Famous People I Have Known, and other books.

Cody S. Decker‘s poetry takes me home to the Kentucky backroads and small towns I so dearly love. Cody is a one of a kind Kentucky natural.  If you live in Kentucky, or haven’t visited yet, I hope you’ll take some time to sit by the fire and part the covers of Cody’s first volume. Read it aloud. You’ll be glad you did. Cody S. Decker did a mighty fine job writing his first book of poetry.

–Ron Whitehead, Kentucky Outlaw Poet, author of Beaver Dam Rocking Chair Marathon, Blistered Asphalt on the Dixie Highway: Kentucky Basketball is Poetry in Motion, and other books.
